At I Am the Answer, we work in partnership with ICL Consultancy, a professional counselling and mental health service that supports individuals in navigating emotional challenges, stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Their experienced and accredited therapists provide a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where individuals can begin the journey toward emotional wellbeing and resilience.
The lead clinician, Jerome Joseph, has over thirty-years experience and uses evidence based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and emotional intelligence frameworks, to help individuals gain clarity, develop healthy coping strategies, and strengthen self awareness. Their approach is holistic, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and needs, whether in their professional or personal life.
