This is more than a platform. It’s a movement of people discovering that Jesus is still the answer to every need, every question, every wilderness.  

This is a place of revelation, restoration, and realignment with God, the One who formed us on purpose, for purpose.

JESUS IN THE WORKPLACE AND MARKETPLACE
The Gospels show that the kingdom of God is active now, shaping how work is done, how resources are stewarded, and how responsibility is carried in everyday life. Jesus addressed leadership, economics, justice, and accountability, teaching a work ethic rooted not in human systems but in obedience to God, expressed through humility, integrity, service, and wise stewardship.

Jesus remained focused on vision and mission, He refused to be diverted by pressure, opposition, or false opportunity, demonstrating that lasting impact in the marketplace is built through endurance, sacrificial obedience, and faithfulness that transforms systems from the inside out.

The story so far

This journey didn’t start with a business plan. It started with a vision from God. 

In 1994, during a prayer meeting in Sunderland, Richard Fleming received a vivid and unexpected encounter from God. The words 'Jesus is the Answer' flew out of a television screen toward him with such force he physically ducked.

In that moment, God began to unveil something far bigger than a phrase. Richard saw a time-exposure image of a city alive with light trails, people sent by God moving into every sector of society. He saw them entering offices, hospitals, schools and creative spaces, declaring Jesus is the answer.
During the vision, Richard sensed black murkiness at street level. It was filthy, dirty, hopeless, and everywhere it was dark. But in the doorways of the buildings that had the red neon “Jesus is the answer” lights on them, hands were coming from the light inside, stretching out into the black and pulling people into the building where they could be safe. 

And then came the charge...
God said to me, “I’m raising up marketplace apostles. Corporate apostles. They’re going to take back every element of a functioning city that’s been counterfeited by the world and largely abandoned by the Church. Walk with them. Build with them. Help them understand My character.”

That vision didn’t stay on the page.

Over the next 30 years, Richard walked it out, first through television and training, then through business development, media platforms, leadership networks, and workplace discipleship. These years is evidence that Jesus doesn’t belong in one corner of society. He belongs in all of it. 
In recent years the Lord began speaking something new.
"Behold, I am doing a new thing. Now it springs forth."
The call wasn’t to repeat the old, but to expand it. Not just to declare that Jesus is the answer, but to awaken a generation to discover Jesus as the I Am is the answer.
That’s what I Am the Answer is. A new movement for a new time. Born from vision, built through obedience, launched in 2025 after thirty years of Spirit-led preparation.

I Am the Answer is not just a platform. It’s the unfolding of a vision spoken by God. A call to rise. A return to purpose. And a declaration to every city, every heart, and every sphere of life—that Jesus is still alive, and He alone is the answer to every need, every calling, and every place we’re sent.
